GLP-1 medications—what are they and how do they work?
Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists help people lose weight by slowing the gut down and making you feel full faster and stay full longer . They also work in your brain, quieting that constant “food chatter” in the back of your mind. Initial Consult
Your provider will review your physical and labs prior to your first visit. At your initial consult your ReVitalize provider will work with you to create a plan to achieve your weight loss goals. This visit will last about 45 minutes.

Prescriptions
After your initial consult, your prescriptions will be ordered and mailed directly to your home so that you can get started right away.

Monitoring
You will schedule monthly appointments to monitor your progress, side effects, and adjust your dosage as needed. Your refills will be ordered at the time of your monitoring visit.
