Frequently Asked Questions
If your question is not answered here, please contact me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible
Do you prescribe medications?
Our providers evaluate each patient individually. If medication is clinically appropriate for your care plan, a prescription may be written and sent to a licensed pharmacy. We never guarantee medication, and we do not dispense or sell medications directly.
What are the side effects of GLP-1 medications?
GLP-1 therapy can include side effects, such as nausea or digestive changes. These vary from person to person. During your consultation, we review your medical history, discuss potential risks, and determine whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you.
Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance for clinical services. Some patients may have insurance coverage for certain treatments or medications, which can be discussed during your consultation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and HSA.
Who should not take GLP-1 medications?
GLP-1 therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Your provider will review your medical history, current conditions, and personal risk factors during your consultation. If GLP-1 treatment is not recommended, we’ll discuss alternative options with you.
What results can I expect to see?
Weight loss varies for each person, and no specific result can be guaranteed. Your provider will work with you to create a plan tailored to your needs and help you set realistic, sustainable goals.
How much does the program cost?
The initial consultation costs $199. After your visit, your provider will create a personalized plan based on your goals and medical history. If treatment is recommended, your provider will discuss all options with you, including any costs associated with your plan of care.
I am a specifics person, can I get more specifics on how the program works?
You can read a full breakdown of each option on our programs page, which explains how our self-pay, insurance, and maintenance pathways work. If you still have questions, please contact us for more information.
I am not quite ready to commit to this, is there anything else you recommend?
Yes! I occasionally share helpful resources, tips, and educational content through our email list. You’re welcome to join at any time.
If all visits are telemedicine, why do I need to be in a specific state?
Currently our providers are only licensed to practice medicine in the states listed here. Patients must consent to treatment, including verifying that they are in that state at the time of the visit. If you would like to request that we expand service to your state, please fill out this form.
ReVitalize is a physician assistant–led medical practice providing telehealth-based obesity care. We do not dispense or sell prescription medications. All prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are sent to licensed pharmacies.
