Medical Weight Loss
Without Insurance Coverage
This is our bread and butter program. This is the program that launched the business! There are so many people who qualify medically for weight loss treatment with semaglutide (the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic) or tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Mounjaro and Zepbound), but do not have insurance coverage for these medications, making their use cost-prohibitive.
Through the ReVitalize program you will have a telemedicine visit with a medical provider licensed in your state. Together, you and your medical provider will decide on a treatment course. Your prescription will then be sent to a pharmacy where your prescription will be prepared and mailed to your home! You will be billed directly for your visit and prescriptions, bypassing the need for insurance approval. The costs for this program are a $199 initial consultation fee and $350/month for semaglutide prescriptions and $550/month* for tirzepatide.
This program is available to patients in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Colorado, Rhode Island, North Dakota, Idaho, and Utah. (Not in one of these states? Get on the waitlist to be the first to know when we are available to you!)

Medical Weight Loss
With Insurance Coverage
If you are one of the lucky ones who have insurance coverage for medical weight loss, this may be the way to go for you. Even though the ReVitalize program was born out of necessity (making medication more accessible to people without coverage), we still have a way to serve those who do have coverage.
Through the ReVitalize program you will have a telemedicine visit with a medical provider licensed in your state. Together with your medical provider a treatment course will be decided on and a prescription sent to your pharmacy. Chances are, your insurance will require a prior authorization, which your provider will complete and once you are approved, your prescription will be filled. You will have monthly follow ups with your provider to monitor your progress and address any issues.
Things to note about this program: Although your medications may be covered by insurance, our services are not. You will have a $199 initial consultation fee, as well as $100/month membership charge for this program. This may make it more cost-effective to go through your personal provider. (I’m all about transparency)
Another thing to consider is that these brand name medications are in short supply and have been difficult for many patients to obtain due to backorder issues. We can prescribe the medications and send the prescriptions to your pharmacy, but we can’t control their supply. We have many patients who do have insurance coverage, but opt to use compounded medications instead, because they are able to get them.

ReVitalize Maintenance Program
BRAND NEW PROGRAM!
Have you lost weight on Ozempic, Wegovy, semaglutide, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or tirzepatide and are interested in keeping the weight off, but stopping your medications? If you are worried about gaining weight back after stopping your medications, you aren’t alone! Although these medications are safe to take long term, that simply isn’t the goal of many people who take them.
Unfortunately, if you stop your medications, your weight may creep back up if you aren’t careful—but that’s why I developed this program. I have compiled habits that have proven to be successful weight maintenance after significant weight loss. Did you know that up to one year after you lose weight your body is producing higher levels of hunger hormones—your body is literally fighting to gain that weight back! That is why you need a plan to stay on track.

The newest breakthrough in the treatment of obesity, glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist medications are effective in treating obesity, and have added benefits including improving glycemic control (blood sugar), cholesterol, and improved cardiovascular health. These medications are injected weekly in the abdomen or thigh. Unfortunately, they are not universally covered by insurance, and out of pocket costs can be expensive- that’s where ReVitalize comes in!
* The cost of Tirzepatide is $400-$475 a month for the lower doses, which are typically effective for weight loss in most people. There is an up-charge for higher doses.
